-ပံုေတာ္ဘုရား ဂုဏ္ေတာ္ဘုရား၊ ဥာဏ္ေတာ္ဘုရား သံုးမ်ဴိးထဲက

ဂုဏ္ေတာ္ဘုရားနဲ႕ ဥာဏ္ေတာ္ဘုရားကို ၾကည္ညိဳတတ္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳးစားပါ။

Lord Buddha depicted in His Images,

Lord Buddha to be revered for his inimitable qualities,

Lord Buddha to be revered for his great omniscient

intellect; of the three, try to direct your reverence

towards the Great Teacher's

qualities and his omniscience.

-ျမတ္စြာဘုရားရဲ႕ တရားေတာ္တည္းဟူေသာ အရိပ္ကို မွီခိုၿပီးေနရရင္ တစ္ဘ၀သာမက

ဘ၀သံသရာအဆက္ဆက္ နိဗၺာန္ေရာက္သည္ထိေအာင္ခ်မ္းသာသြားနိုင္ပါတယ္။

-If we can appreciate and live according

to the Buddha's tenets, we will learn

to lead a suffering-free life not only

in this existence,but throughout samsara

(cycle of lives) until we achieve

Nibbana(termination of all existences).

-ႏြားေျခရာသို႔ လွည္းဘီးက အစဥ္လိုက္သလုိ မေကာင္းေသာစိတ္ျဖင့္ ေျပာဆိုျပဳလုပ္လွ်င္

ကိုယ့္ေနာက္ ဆင္းရဲေတြလိုက္မယ္။

-Just as the wheel invariably follows the footfalls of the ox, your premeditated

unwholesome words and actions will be followed

by woe and suffering.

-အရိပ္က ကိုယ့္ေနာက္အစဥ္လိုက္သလို ေကာင္းေသာစိတ္ျဖင့္ ေျပာဆိုျပဳလုပ္လွ်င္

ကိုယ့္ေနာက္ ခ်မ္းသေတြလုိက္မယ္။

- Just as your shadow follows your every move, your well-intentioned

words and deeds will be richly

rewarded by happiness

and g ood fortune.

-ရဟန္းသံဃာနဲ႕ေတြ႕တဲ့အခါ လူလိုမဆက္ဆံပါႏွင့္။

-Don't put the monks(the clergy) on the same level as lay people.

Show due respect in your words and manners.

- ထုတ္၊ေယာက္၊ဒိုင္း။ျမားစသည္တို႔ျဖင့္ စုေပါင္းတပ္ဆင္ထားတာကို `အိမ္´ လို႔ေခၚသလို

ဆံပင္၊ေမႊးညင္းစတဲ့ ၃၂ ေကာ႒ာသတို႔ျဖင့္ စုေပါင္းထားတာကို`ခႏၶာကိုုယ္´လို႔ေခၚတယ္။

-A'house' is a composite of features like beam,ridge, rafter joist etc,a

'body' is a composite of 32 kootthasa such as hair on the

head, on the body etc.
